If you didn’t know already, case studies give your customers a chance to tell the story of how your fantastic products or services solved their unique problems. Your story is shared, in extended form, straight from the mouths of people who trust you and your company. Also known as Success Stories, check out a few of my samples on the “Successes” page.
Here’s where you tell your story. By giving away free, valuable, and relevant information and revealing some of your personality, an issue at a time, you, as a solo professional (or even a larger company) position yourself as a “warm, likable expert.” Call it relationship marketing. Content, like newsletters, should be valuable, relevant, and interesting for your potential and actual customers.
